For 20 years, Steve has been chasing the perfect bite. From slow-smoked BBQ to handcrafted sausage and everything in between, he's spent two decades turning bold food concepts into reality — on food trucks, in restaurants, and even out in the field with wild game processing.
Food isn't just what Steve does — it's who he is. Every recipe on the YaYa's menu carries the weight of those 20 years: the late nights, the trial-and-error, the obsession with getting it right. If it leaves his kitchen, it's something he's proud to put his name on.
